Cancellation/Non Attendance Policy
Our clinic has a 24 hour policy for all cancellations and changes to appointments. This allows enough time for your appointment to be reallocated to other clients. If possible, please give us 24 hours' notice by phone or email if you wish to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise the full fee applies for the time booked.
